Government plans announced early this year to reduce air pollution caused by vehicle emissions by reducing the speed limit on a 32-mile stretch of the M1 have been shelved. The proposals involved lowering the speed limit from 70mph to 60mph, from junction 28 of the M1, near Matlock in Derbyshire, to junction 35a, north of Rotherham. Sant’Agata has issued this solitary teaser photograph of the new Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo race car, as it undertakes its first shakedown testing. The track Lambo took to the Piero Taruffi Vallelunga circuit in Italy for its latest run-out ahead of its race debut in 2015. The Huracan Super Trofeo will be raced in all three Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Series in Europe, Asia and North America, where it will rub shoulders with older Gallardo racers.
